I am extremely relaxed and easy going. Your session will start off with us talking and getting to know each other a little better.

With kids that are a little shy at first we will encourage lots of playing, talking, laughing, hugs, games and then a few cheeky tickles.

Your session will involve hanging out with your loved ones, being fully present with no distractions. I will be capturing those moments as they happen organically. No posing. No forcing.

Just you cherishing your loved ones and me freezing time so you can look back on these precious moments for years to come.

To book, flick me an email via the booking form. From there we have a chat and lock in a date. Please note that your date isn’t secure until you have paid a $150 non refundable deposit and signed a contract.

I will then email a questionnaire and client guide to help us both prepare for your session.

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or credit card via Stripe. No images will be sent without full payment.

You will receive all the edited images from your session. This can range between 30-70 images. You will receive your link to your private online gallery via email. I recommend downloading your photos on your computer or laptop for optimal quality then transferring to your phone, hard drive and a cloud based copy for backup. Your online gallery will expire after 1 month so it is really important that you download and back up your gallery.

Turn around time for lifestyle sessions is 2-4 weeks. Turn around time for weddings is 4-8 weeks.

I do not provide RAW images.

No I don’t. I can however transfer your gallery to a usb you have provided.

With every online gallery there is a professional print lab store linked which means you are able to order high quality prints delivered to your door. How convenient! I strongly recommend not printing your photos at budget print stores as they often change the colour and resolution of your photos.

My first piece of advice is to sure your outfit choice is comfortable. Feeling good and confident will help you ease into your session. Simple is often best but don’t forget to showcase your personality.

Avoid big logos, pictures and characters on clothing as this is super distracting.

Choose clothing items for each family member with a range of different colours and tones that compliment each other. Neutrals are always a safe option that photograph well. Not too matchy-matchy!

Pinterest is full of great inspiration. If you are struggling to decide what to wear please don’t hesitate to ask me for help and we can tackle it together!

If it is torrential and storming we will reschedule. If it is overcast with a chance of light rain we will have fun with it and still go ahead. Please note that rescheduling due to weather doesn’t forfeit your deposit.

If you or a family member is sick we will reschedule.

The best dreamy golden light is always 1 hour after sunrise or 1 hour before sunset.

I always try to shoot sessions around this time however I know this isn’t always possible.

For in home sessions usually between 10am - 12pm.
